This class is the first step in training parkour!We focus on obstacle running, parkour technique, conditioning and skills.The class is tailored to the participants of the class to ensure everyone is challenged and working hard to improve their skills!This class is most appropriate for ages 10ish - 15ish.This 45 minute class meets every Saturday at 9am! Students are also eligible to attend one open gym session per week for 8 weeks. Three month minimum membership.
