Fridays @ 11amTune up for summer! Learn the "How", "What" and "Why" of "Ninja Fitness" training. Learn how to replace your failed or boring fitness routine with something far more satisfying and fun. This program is developed and taught by MWG owner, Tim Johnson with elements of balance, agility, strength, cardio, endurance and it will gently push you outside your comfort zone in a fun and safe way. Get a cardio and full-body strength workout, customized to your ability level. Taught in our 5,000 square foot obstacle course space with everything from small balance beams to our 14.5 foot warped wall. Accept the challenge. Come play and have fun. Don't worry, you can call it fitness!!
