We get into ninja warrior and parkour techniques for overcoming larger obstacles. Upper body strength becomes more important in this class for hanging, swinging and climbing.This program is teaches elements of balance, agility, strength, cardio, endurance and it will gently push you outside your comfort zone in a fun and safe way. Get a cardio and full-body strength workout, customized to your ability level. Taught in our 5,000 square foot obstacle course space with everything from small balance beams to our 14.5 foot warped wall.Accept the challenge. Come play and have fun.
