Tuesday - Parkour Day
Learning parkour skills, terminology, how to fail in a safe way and take calculated risks, stepping outside your comfort zone
Wednesday - Ninja Day
Learning Ninja Warrior skills, identifying our weaknesses, running obstacle courses
Thursday - Superhero Day
Ninja Warrior and Parkour exercises practiced in a Superhero theme. 'Rescue' action figures by doing obstacles, have real-life superpower battles against trainers.
Friday - Competition Day
Developing and honing our skills by running more obstacle courses, playing ninja games, parkour games and linking out new moves together in a timed obstacle course race.
