Children's Mindfulness and Yoga

In this fun and engaging class, students will be introduced to age-appropriate coping skills and mindfulness exercises that can be used in daily life.
Using a play-based and light-hearted approach, we empower students through deep breathing, mindfulness, yoga postures, cooperative games, and guided relaxation.

Building community and helping students feel a sense of belonging are always our top priorities so all students are free to express their authentic selves.
During each class, we use techniques proven to increase self-awareness and equip participants with tools to self-soothe for life-long wellness.

Open to all kiddos age 6-12.  Age-appropriate techniques will be used for all.
