Little Warrior Camp (ages 6-9) wk2


5 full days of summer camp jam packed with Ninja Warrior obstacle training and Parkour!
All skill levels are welcome.
Enrollment limited to 10 KIDS!

We're planning a new camp format this summer in order to provide an even better experience than before!
Lots of fun will be had and these kids will work hard! Each day will have a specific theme, and while we will do a variety of exercises and games (all day every day) we will be working toward developing certain skills and having tons of fun throughout the week.

Monday - Warrior Prep Day
Getting to know each other, setting goals, talking about the warrior spirit, learning basic movements and getting conditioned!

Tuesday - Parkour Day
Learning parkour skills, terminology, how to fail in a safe way and take calculated risks, stepping outside your comfort zone

Wednesday - Ninja Day
Learning Ninja Warrior skills, identifying our weaknesses, running obstacle courses

Thursday - Pokémon Day
Ninja Warrior and Parkour exercises practiced in a Pokemon theme. 'Capture' pokemon by doing obstacles, having real-life pokemon battles against trainers, pokemon card game battles to slow things down a bit, bring your Pokemon deck if you have one

Friday - Competition Day
Developing and honing our skills by running more obstacle courses, playing ninja games, parkour games and linking out new moves together in a timed obstacle course race.

What to bring:
Lunch in a cooler. We do not have a refrigerator for lunches.
Water bottle.
Light snacks. We will take two snack breaks one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
Clean, dry sneakers.
Comfortable athletic clothes.
Please no electronic devices! (If your child has a cell phone for security purposes that's okay but it is not to be used for video games or youtube videos during camp hours)

Our obstacle training includes age-appropriate methods of overcoming rope swings, vaults, walls, rings, monkey bars, rock climbing, cargo net, and the infamous Warped Wall from American Ninja Warrior. Kids will leave tired having had a great time and feeling accomplished.

Parkour and Ninja Warrior Summer camp in Maine gives kids a great place to let off steam and be who they want to be with their friends. Our trainers are great at relating to kids and helping them build confidence. Maine is a great place to train Parkour and learn to move your body!

Standard Hours:
Summer camps run 9:30 to 3:30 daily
Drop-off time is no earlier than 9:15am
Pick-up time is no later than 3:45pm.

Extended Hours:
Extended drop-off and pick-up times are available as follows:
Early drop-off: 8:30am - 9:15am
Late pick-up: Anytime before 7pm
Early drop-off AND late pick-up
